1.2 Browsing Data (Opt-In Import Tool Only)

Kepler does not automatically track, monitor, or continuously sync your browsing activity.

Kepler provides an optional, user-initiated import tool that allows you to import browsing data (e.g. bookmarks, history) only if you choose to do so. This import:

  • Is fully opt-in
  • Is one-time unless you manually repeat it
  • Is not a continuous or background sync
  • Does not enable live tracking

If you choose to import, the data may include:

Kepler does not receive ongoing updates from your browser after the import is completed.

You may delete and request an export imported data at any time.

  • Files or media you upload
  • Data included in your Spaces and Threads
  • Information you import from other tools or services

This information exists only to power the features you choose to use.

  • Performance metrics, diagnostics, and crash logs

  • Kepler does not share Space data outside the invited participants.
  • You may leave a Space at any time, but content you contributed may remain visible or editable to others.

By joining or creating a shared Space, you acknowledge that other participants may modify or remove content within that Space.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide Kepler’s features
  • Maintain service integrity
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Resolve disputes

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it by request.
